Our scanners include four dedicated Nextscan
Roll film scanners (16mm & 35mm) produce
high quality, high volume digital images
from roll microfilm.
16mm microfilm is usually
used to store A4>A3 documents, especially
ones that have signatures such as employment
records, contracts, hospital records, etc.
which have been committed to film due to
archival requirements. A normal roll of 16mm
will contain roughly 2000 to 5000 images.
35mm microfilm is
generally used to store technical drawings,
plans, books and newspapers.
