IIRI can handle your either your back
document file
scanning to release precious storage space or your day forward scanning
needs to allow quick retrieval of
documents.
IIRI use Ascent Capture (also known as
Kofax) to scan, QC, index and publish
jobs.
Back File Scanning

Documents are prepared for scanning
(removed from folders, staples etc

Documents are scanned, either single sided
or double sided |

Images are processed and indexed according
to customer needs |

Images saved to chosen media (CD, DVD,

Data delivered to customer |

Paper can then be destroyed once agreed
with customer using certified shredding

Day Forward Scanning

Paper collected by IIRI and brought to our
premises on a monthly basis |

Documents are scanned and indexed
according to customers needs |

Data is delivered back to customer via
optical media, FTP or can be placed onto
internet |

Paper is then returned or destroyed by
certified shredding company |
