ScanFile SBE, our
standalone document management system,
solves the problem of what to do with all
the paperwork around your home or office,
and the documents on your PC. Within minutes
of installing ScanFile SBE, you can be
scanning all your documents to user defined
ScanFile SBE Folders, making them easy to
find and retrieve when you need them.
ScanFile SBE also features integration with
Microsoft Office products, so you can save
documents from Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Outlook directly to ScanFile SBE, keeping
those documents in their original format.
Also included is
TIFFWriter, which allows you print from any
Windows application to ScanFile SBE, saving
the documents in TIFF or JPEG format.
With ScanFile SBE you can
create document Folders with index fields
tailored to the type of documents to be
stored. Each Folder supports up to 10 index
fields, giving you maximum flexibility on
how to reference your documents.
ScanFile SBE includes as
standard Full Text OCR, making it even
easier to find documents at a later date as
you can search the contents of the documents
for the information you need.
ScanFile SBE can use a
vast range of scanners, with TWAIN support
built-in, as well as direct support for
scanners from a range of manufacturers.
